What are pre-sale or pre-order products?
A pre-sale or pre-order is a new product that is available for sale before it's in stock and ready to ship. All estimated shipment times will be displayed on the product page of the pre-order product.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal payments.
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes, we do accept PayPal.
Do you accept Amazon Pay?
Yes, we do accept Amazon Pay.
Do you accept cryptocurrencies?
No, at the moment, we do not accept any form of cryptocurrency.
Is my payment secure?
Yes, your payment is secure. Our website uses the most up-to-date SSL encryption security techniques. The payment provider we work with (Stripe) is Level 1 PCI certified (the highest level attainable) and uses the most up-to-date SSL encryption to ensure all payments are secure.
Do you accept prepaid gift cards?
Yes, we accept all prepaid gift cards from major banks.
Can I change or exchange and order once I've placed it?
Once you place an order it is final. If the product you want to change or exchange is a pre-order product, you may exchange up to 24 hours before the pre-order campaign ends.
Do you accept returns?
If, there is an issue with the order you receive, please click the "Contact" button in the footer. One of our representatives will be happy to help make things right within 30 days of receiving your order.
Is it possible to buy products in volume/bulk?
If you would like to buy items displayed on the website in bulk or your own custom items, please email us for more information.
Shipping and Delivery
When will I receive my items?
The items estimated shipping date is always indicated on the items product page. Once the item is shipped, standard shipping time is applied. If your order has multiple items with different estimated shipping dates, you may receive your items appropriate to the latest shipping date in your order. You can always view the link in your confirmation email to visit your order summary page.
Once shipped, US shipments (depending on shipping method) will take 2-9 business days and international shipments will take 4-20 business days to be delivered.
South America and South Africa orders may take 1-3 months to be delivered once shipped. Order at your own risk.
Where is my order?
You may view your order summary by clicking the link in your confirmation email.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most countries, all over the world, with the exception of countries where we are prohibited from shipping based on international agreements and USPS restrictions. If we are unable to ship to your country you will be notified at checkout and your purchase will be blocked.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are displayed on the checkout page. Your shipping costs will depend on shipping weight, shipping method, and destination.
I'm being asked to pay a customs fee to receive my parcel, can you help?
We are not responsible for import taxes charged by your government. All customers are responsible for any customs/VAT fees.
